10. All hourly employees are subject to call anytime in case of emergencies. Hourly employees who are called in to work in response to an emergency (other than holidays) will be paid a minimum of two (2) hours, plus any additional hours worked above two (2) hours. 11. Hourly personnel who are required to work at ECCC on a holiday will be compensated at the rate of time and a half for each hour worked.
