East Central one game out of first place
The Warriors of East Central Community Col– lege split their four divi– sion games last week and find themselves one game out of first place WJth a 12-6 MACJC South Division record. Pearl River and Jones are tied for first at 13-5 each, while Gulf Coast is u d1stant fourth at 7-9. -ill four of those teams have already won 20 games overall this sea– son, with ECCC at 20-17 going into the week. The next division games for East Central will come on Saturday when they play host to Copiah-Lincoln Commu– nity College in a 2 p.m twin bill. The following week ECCC is at Gulf Coast on April 23 and plays host to Hinds on April27. Those last three division foes are a com– bined 17-33 in South Di– vision play at this point.
