JONES INKS ECCC GOLF SCHOLARSHIP Former Forest High School golf standout Michael Jones (seated) is shown signing a national letter of intent to continue his career in 2013-14 at East Central Community College in Decatur. Jones is a two– time All-State selection and received All-District honors on three occasions. He twice earned District Medalist honors and finished State Medalist runner-up his senior year. He placed third for State Medalist recognition as a junior. Jones helped lead the Bearcats to six . district championships and three state runner-up titles.
