Policy Title: EAST CENTRAL COMMUNITY COLLEGE FOUNDATION, INC.

The East Central Community College Foundation, Inc. is duly organized as a non-profit organization under the laws of the State of Mississippi. Having originally been chartered in 1971 and re-chartered in 1994, the Foundation is governed by a Board of Directors who manage the affairs of the Corporation. The officers of the Corporation, in addition to the directors, are a chairman, a vice-chairman, and a secretary- treasurer. The Foundation is the official body to receive gifts, donations, or contributions to the college.
