Policy Title: INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

The East Central Community College Office of Information Technology supports the collection, management, and distribution of information related to East Central Community College students, trainees, employees, and alumni. The Office of Information Technology also maintains the College’s network infrastructure including network equipment, computer resources, and software which embrace student success and teaching and learning. The East Central Community College Information Technology Office administers the College’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Student Information Systems (SIS). Finally, Information Technology offers assistance in technology services by providing technical expertise in the areas of procurement, implementation, and help desk support of faculty and staff which enhances teaching and learning.

All of these functions are performed with a commitment to operational excellence.
