The East Central Commu nity College Fine Arts De partment will present its annual Fine Arts Christmas Spectacular at 7 p.m. Tues day, Nov. 29, in Huff Audito rium on the Decatur campus. The presentation is being held as part of the college's Cultural Arts Series. Tickets are $10 per person. A recep tion will follow the perform ances in the Gold Room of Mabry Cafeteria..
