ECCC coaches lauded Three East Central Community College head coaches were selected as Mississippi Association of Coaches Community Col lege Coach of the Year out of 11 coaches selected for the 2015-16 Mississippi Association of Community and Junior Colleges sports season. Tenth year ECCC head baseball coach Neal Holli man was the association's Baseball Coach of the Year for guiding his team to the MACJC State Championship. The East Central base ball team compiled a record of 38-17 and was National Junior College Athletic Association Region 23 runner up. Head football coach Ken Karcher was named Football Coach of the Year after leading the Warrior football team to its first state playoff appearance ·since 2001 and a C.H.A.M.P.S.
