EC golfers place fourth in tourney

Central Community College women's soccer team will be held Saturday, Feb. 23 on the Decatur campus, announced recently named Lady War– rior soccer coach Gray Massey. Massey officially begins his new duties in June 2013. Tryouts begin at 1 p .m. on the EC soccer field. Prospec– tive team members are asked to arrive at 12:30 p.m. to complete paperwork re– quired for the application process. Scholarships are available. East Central Community College's goll team finished fourth in MACJC Event #1 held Feb. 3-4 at Diamond– bead Country Club in Bay St. Louis. The Warrior linksters posted rounds of 319 and 328 for a 647 total in the 36-hole competition, won by tourna– ment host MS Gulf Coast Community College.
