These East Central Community College students were recently inducted into Theta Xi Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa, the international honor society for two-year colleges. The purpose of Phi Theta Kappa is to promote scholarship, to develop character and to cultivate fellowship among academically superior students. Membership is by invitation only. To be eligible, students must have earned a 3.5 or better grade point average as a full-time students and have an overall grade pomt average of 3.5 or better.
