, ECCC Hosts First Annual 'Warrior Pow Wow' February 10 Native American cultural dances will be performed and various arts and crafts will be on display wt'tenithe first annual "Warrior Pow Wow" is held Saturday, February 10, 2007, on the East Central Community College campus In Decatur. Spon80(8d by the College's Native American Association Club, the free event Is scheduled from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. at Warrior Stadium. In case of rain, acttvl- • ties will be moved to the South Campus gym. Many of the arts and crafts on display will also be · available for purchase as will various food Items, according to club member Christina Thomas of Conehatta. Thomas Invites the public to attend the event and learn more about Native American customs. ''We want everyone to come out and team about our culture and support the Native American Club at ECCC," she said.
