FBLA STUDENTS RECEIVE FULL SCHOLARSHIPS: Three students from the Newton County Career and Technical Center in Decatur received full tuition scholarships to East Central Community College. The Future Business Leaders of America Multimedia Team received the scholarships.at a recent awards program. Members of the team are from left: Jody Lawson, son of Kim~Lawson; Kimberly Goodin, daughter of Gerald and Joan Goodin; and Ashton Acord, son of Joey and Robin Acord. These students placed first at State FBLA Competition and attended National Competition during the summer. Students who enroll in one of the technical programs at the Career Center, join and compete in the club associat– ed with that program(s), and place first at either District or State competitions are eligible to receive a full tuition scholarship to ECCC if they enroll full time in a Career and Technical ~ program a
