Receives Sam Rush Memorial Scholarship Casey Stokes, center, a 2007 graduate of Neshoba Central High School, is the recipient of the Sam Rush Memorial Scholarship at East Central Community College. The scholarship was established in 2000 by the Philadelphia Sertoma Club as part of their emphasis on education. Representing the donors are Mark Majure (left) and Joe Rush, Sam's father.
