Receives Mosal Scholarship East Centra, Community College sophomore Delynn Agee, left, of Choctaw is the recipient of the 2007 Dr. Margaret Mosal Memorial Scholarship. This scholarship was endowed by the late Dr. Shelby Harris to honor Dr. Mosal, former execut1ve director of Phi Theta Kappa, the international honor society of the two-year college.
