Huguley named ECCC culinary arts instructor Alexei Huguley of Starkville was recent!)' selected culinary arts tech– nology instructor at East Central Community College in Decatur, year program is offered as an option to the cur– rent Hotel and Restaurant Management Technology cur- Alexei Huguley riculum. Classes are held at the Choctaw Hospitality Institute in Choctaw. Prior to joining the ECCC staff, Huguley served as a media associate for distance learning at the University of Alabama. She has also held posi– tions in the food industry. mostly in the Starkville-Columbus area. Agraduate of StarkvilleAcademy, Huguley holds a bachelor's degree in culinary arts with a business minor from Mississippi University for Women and has a master's degree in human environmental science - with concentration in restaurant and hos– pitality management - from the University ofAlabama.
