Willis scored six of her nme pomts during an ECCC run to turn a three– point Lady Warrior lead into a 74-65 advantage. Gulf Coast fell to 13-5 overall and 4-3 in the djv1sion.

Jones had six points apiece. Malcolm Woods led Gulf Coast (9- 9, 3-4) with 17 points. At Pearl River. the host Wildcats maintained their chase for the South Division title by outscoring East Cen– tral 55-34 in the second half. Pearl River is now 16-3 overall and 6-2 in the South. The Warners lost de pite 17 points from Hornsby and lO from Crenshaw Qualls tallied nine points. Bobbin had eight and Jones six.
