As a result, administrators are making efforts to tighten their budget belts. State funding, although set at a larger amount than previous years, still proved inade– quate for the needs of the states 15 community col– leges, including ECCC. "To this point, we have done all that we can do to be sure that the students are not affected by the budget cuts," Su_tphin.said.
