Receive EC scholarships These East Central Community College students recently received nontraditional Student Tuition Scholarships to continue their education at ECCC. The scholarship is available to any qualified Mississippi resident 23 years of age or older, at the time of initial enrollment, who enrolls full-time at the college. The scholarship will be available for three consecuti ve semesters following the first twelve semester hours
