In addition to individual players being honored, East Central was recognized for various team honors. The Warriors had the state's top 'rushing offense, av– eraging 298.6 yards per game. Henley placed fourth in rush– ing with 1073 yards en 143 car– ries, or 7.5 yards per carry. He scored nine touchdowns. Ray placed sixth in the pass receiv– ing category, with 31 catches for 550 yards and six touch– downs. Weems was rated the state's second-best punter, as he averaged 40.8 yards en 54 at– •t!II"P.s .
