~TrEND ECCC LEADERSHIP CO!\"FERE="CE-These Newton County studentleaders attended the Second Annual Leadership Conference held at East Central Community College in Decatur. The pur– pose of the conference is to recognize sutdent leaders from high schools in East Central's five-county district (Leake, Neshoba, Newton, Scott and Winston counties) and provide them with leadership enhancement techniques. It is also an opportunity for students to visit the College campus and meed various personnel. Approximately 35 students attended the conference, sponsored by the Theta Xi Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa and Student Services.
