Donate to Huff Project Representatives of the VICA (Vocational Industrial Clubs of America) chllpter at tbe Philadelphia • Neshoba County Vocational-Technical Center are shown making a check presentation to East Central Community College President Dr. Eddie M. Smith which will be applied toward tbe second phase of the college's Huff Auditorium Refu rbishing Project. Phase two of the fund-raising project involves the installation of air conditioning at an estimated cost of $70,000. Tbe college earlier completed pbase one which concerned the in– stallation of new stage curtains and drapes at a cqst of approximately $10,000.
