Local Students Receive ECJC Scholarships Achievement scholarship a- wards were presented by East Central Junior College to the students in the district. These tuition scholarships were a- warded to the black and white students who attend ECJC from each high school in the five-county district with the highest grade point average. Scholarship recipients in Neshoha County were: Brenda Billie, Philadel- phia, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Billie; Kathyrn Anne Harrison.
