Our hats are ·off In a proud salute to our own Sue Gunter, whose name has become one of the most respected in the international world of athletes: Her outstanding accomplishments began right here where she began her career as a star basketball player at Walnut Grove High School. The path to fame carried her to ECJC, Nashville Business College and Peabody where she excelled in her sport and was recognized as All-American. Leaving the playing court, she acquired further greatness at Stephen F. Austin University as coach of the famed "Ladyjacks" and then as an USA Olympics Coach.
