11. Students will not be permitted to display collections composed of alcoholic containers, obscene pictures, road signs, etc., in the residence hall. Any items placed on walls should be placed using 3M Command Strips or similar product. 12. Any change in room assignments must be approved by the students’ Residence Hall Supervisor and the Director of Housing/Student Activities. 13. Outside antennas for radio, television, etc., are not permitted. Under no circumstances are students allowed to erect antennas or walk on the roof of any building.

14. Burning candles and/or incense will not be permitted in residence halls.

15. Quiet hours will be observed in all residence halls and on campus during the following hours:

10:00 p.m.-8:00 a.m. 12:00 a.m.-7:00 a.m.

Sunday-Thursday Friday-Saturday

16. Visitors will be allowed in the lobby of the women’s residence halls only when accompanied by a resident of the facility at all times during the following published hours:

6:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m. 2:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m.

Sunday-Thursday Friday-Saturday

17. All residence halls will open at 2:00 p.m. on the Sunday preceding the start of classes during the fall semester and at 2:00 p.m. on the Sunday preceding the start of classes during the spring semester and on holiday weekends (unless otherwise noted).

All residence halls will close on the following schedule:

- Friday at 4:00 p.m. - Friday at 4:00 p.m. - Friday at 4:00 p.m. - 10:00 a.m. on Friday - Friday at 4:00 p.m. - Friday at 4:00 p.m. - Friday at 4:00 p.m. - Friday at 4:00 p.m.

18. Students are reminded that the intercom system, washers, and dryers are not to be used after midnight unless an emergency arises. 19. Returning to the dormitory after 12:00 a.m. midnight will be permitted for school-sponsored events. 20. Students should be inside the dormitory by 12:00 midnight. Those who are loitering on campus must surrender their I.D. card. The procedure listed below will be followed:

First Offense - The student will be required to meet with the Dean of Students or the Director of Housing/Student Activities and may receive a warning. Second Offense - The student will be required to meet with the Dean of Students and a discipline charge will be applied.
