Policy Title: RETIREMENT

East Central Community College conforms to state and federal laws regarding retirement. Participation in the state Public Employees Retirement System (PERS) and in Social Security is required of all full-time employees of the college. Retirement under the state system is permissible after the requisite years of service regardless of age, as required by PERS.
