Policy Title: PERSONAL FINANCES

The Board of Trustees of East Central Community College makes every effort to provide adequate salaries for all college employees. It shall be the prerogative of each employee to manage his/her PERSONAL finances in such a manner as to convey an image of integrity for both the individual and the college. Garnishments, contacts from collection agencies, bankruptcy proceedings, and other actions shall result in a review of the employment status of the person involved.
