Policy Title: CONFLICT OF INTEREST

The Board of Trustees’ policy prohibits the College from buying or selling any supplies or materials to employees of the College. A full-time employees’ employment at East Central Community College is considered as the place of primary employment. Any outside employment that interferes with the employee’s performance at East Central will be considered as in conflict and not in the best interest of the College. Office hours or hours for job performance shall not be used for outside employment.
