Policy Title: ARCHIVING FOR E-DISCOVERY

The domain, eccc.edu, hosts all faculty, staff, student, and alumni college e-mail addresses. ECCC archives (retains) all in-bound and out-bound e-mails for the domain eccc.edu for up to four (4) years as recommended by the Mississippi Department of Archives and History (MDAH). The archiving is performed by use of Google Apps Manager, the archiving mechanism for Google Mail.
