East Central Places Fourth The East Central Junior College Golf Team partici– pated in their first golf game March 4at Gulf Coast Junfor College. Gulf Coast led the other Junior Colleges with a team score of 310. Southwest followed with a 312, Hinds 322, and East Central was fourth out of seven teams with a 323. Terry Price of Hinds was the leading scorer with a 72, Criss Morrison ofSouthwest followed with a 73. Chris Clark of Eas t Central was the third highest with a 74. Clark is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Clark of Decatur. The East Central team score was compiled by Clark with 74, Tony Dobbs of Forest with an 81, James Wood of Louisville with a 82, Wayne Baucum of Decatur with an 86, Jay Jones of Forest with a 93, and Doug Hubbard of Louisville with 108. Joe Clark coaches the East Central team.

All-Star J o Ann Ea rnest, a sophomore at E ast Central Junior College, will play In the Mississippi Jun ior Colle ge All-S tar game March 30 at Holmes Junior College. Game time is 6:30. Jo Ann is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. ExsoEarnest of Forest. She is a graduate of Scott Cent r a l High School.
