HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING TECHNOLOGY (ACT) COMMERCIAL FACILITY MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OPTION The Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning, and Refrigeration Technology pathway prepares individuals to work in engineering departments or private firms installing, maintaining, and operating small or medium air-conditioning, heating, and refrigeration systems. The Commercial Facility Maintenance and Repair Option allows the college to work with local business/industry in selecting electives to strengthen the student’s pathway experience.
