ECCC Encore Players to present 'The Complete Works of William Shakespeare' next week

Works of William Shake speare (Abridged)' hilari ously summarizes all of Shakespeare's plays, using reenactments and audience participation. It is famous for holding the "self-proclaimed" record for the shortest pro duction of Hamlet at 43 sec onds!" Cast members include Anastasia Crout and Alexan dria Crout, both graduates of Lake High School, and Jack Vidals of Newton CountyHigh School. Tickets are $15 and are available by calling the college switchboard at 601 635-6215. The dinner menu includes salad, roast beef. baked chicken, potato casserole, green beans, roasted vegeta bles and assorted desserts. ECCC Encore Players to present 'The CompleteWorks of William Shakespeare' next week The East Central Commu nity College Encore Players will present their annual fall dinner theater at 7 p.m. Thursday through Saturday, Nov. 10-12, in Mabry Memo rial Cafeteria on the Decatur campus. This year's presen tation, "The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged)" by Adam Long, Danie] Singer and Jess Win field, is directed by Jessica Price. During the presentation, three actors will do the seem ingjy impossible: act through Shakespeare's entire canon 37 plays - in 90 minutes by summarizing the canon through football plays, songs and outrageously condensed mash-up titles.
