Watkins receives scholarship

Brittney Watkins, a graduate of Forest High School, is the recipient of the Cit izens Bank of Philadelphia Scholarship at East Central Community College in Decatur. She was recognized during the annual ECCC Scholarship Awards Reception held recently on the Decatur campus.
