LOCAL STUDENT AMONG NATIONAL WINNERS

East Central Community College's Theta Chi chapter of Phi Beta Lambda was recognized for the first time in chapter his tory as a Top 10 Chapter in the nation during the organiza tion's National Conference held in Chicago, Ill. Theta Chi also received a first place award for membership, second place in the nation for fundralsing for the March of Dimes and third in the nation for membership. ECCC was also recognized as a Gold SUI Chapter, 7-up Chapter and Super Sweeps Chapter.
