FIVE DISTINGUISHED YOUNG WOMEN ATTEND ECCC Five former Distinguished Young Women from the East Central Community Col lege district are attending the colle1e this academic year. They include, from left: Charlie Wilcher, Leake County; Taylor Phillips, Neshoba County; Mackenzie Byrd, Scott County; Codi Ballard, Newton County; and Paige Johnson, Winston County. Scott County's Distln1uished Youns Woman Mackenzie Byrd of Sebastopol is a freshman pre-medicine major. She Is the daushter of Michea Mclemore and Kevin Byrd. Byrd Is the captain of the Centralettes dance line, freshman vice president of the Student Body Association and a member of War rior Corps, Sigma Sigma Mu Tau and Students Against Destructive Decisions. Distinguished Young Women Is the largest and oldest national scholarship pro
