Coach Mark Monaghan said all four will be big assets to their respective programs after they make one more run at a state high school title.

"They do everything right on-.and-off the field," Monaghan said. "They are an absolute pleasure to coach. They're extremely athletic. That is what makes them a hot commodity for coaches at the next level, because they are athletic and can do different things."

Last season, Northwest finished with a record of 29-21 overall and 18-10 in MACJC play. Hinds ended the year with a 25-22 overall mark and a 1G-12 conference record. Itawamba in baseball last spring was 27-20 overall and 14-14 in league play.

The Jaguars were ousted in the MHSAA GA playoffs first round last spring by Starkville, finishing the season with a 16-12 season mark.
