McCain named ECCC's Hanna McCain of Noxapater recently attained the position of East Central Community College's new Trade
Adjustment Assistance Community College and Career Training (TAACCCT) Grant Navigator. McCain serves in the college's Louisville Career Advancement Center where she provides comprehensive and personalized student support and career guidance. McCain received a Bachelor of Arts degree m Political Science from Mississippi State University. She previ ously ~erved as Director of Sales for Louisville Publishing. There she assisted businesses with developing positive marketing and brand ing strategies that helped them grow. Prior to her stint as Director of Sales, she served as a counselor for the Department of Rehabilitation Services. McCain assisted individuals with severe orthope dic or neurological impairments to live independently m their homes and com munities.
Allman Noxapater with her husband, Joseph, and their two children, Eli and Hub. Also at the Louisville Career Advancement Center is Site Coordinator and Personal Development Specialist Melissa Allman. Allman coor dinates all activities at the center. She received a Bachelor of Science degree m Business Administration from Mississippi University of Women and her Master's in Workforce Educational Leadership from Mississippi State University. She has 10 years' experience in the community col lege system having previously served as a Distance Education Specialist at Hinds Community College. Allman is originally from Clarksdale, but now resides in Louisville with her husband, Breck, and two children, MerEvelyn and Mia. Hannah Ward is the Center Operations and Data Coordinator for the
McCain TAACCCT Grant at the Louisville Career Advancement Center. Ward previously served as a Consultant with the Mississippi State Personnel Board, where she provided advice and guidance to state agencies regarding workforce related issues and human resources management. Her experience also includes stints as an administrative assis tant, property manag er, and event planner. Ward is a 2008 graduate of Mississippi State University where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations. Ward resides m Louisville with her husband, Jeremy, and their two children, Cliff and Miller.
