(EC Photo) ECCC Plans Black History Month Program Feb. 17 East Central Community College will hold its annual Black History Month program Wednesday, Feb. 17, 2016, on the Decatur campus. Activities begin at 7 p.m. in the Vickers Fine Arts Center audJtorium. There is no charge for admission. James Miller, ECCC dean of students, will serve as guest speaker. Special music will be provided by The Gospel Song Birds of Meridian. The ECCC Gospel Choir sponsors the Black History Program and will also perform. Mrs. Brenda Johnson senes as gospel choir sponsor.
