'The Central Community College Lady Warriors squeaked out a one point win, 66-65, over the visiting East Mississippi Community College Lady Lions Thursday, Nov. 10, in Brackeen-Wood Gymnasium on the Decatur campus. The Lady Warriors held a 15-point advantage going into the fourth quarter, 55-40, but EMCC was able to close to within one point in the closing seconds of the con test. East
Freshman Dalton Hanna led East Central in scoring with 11 points. He also con tributed 11 rebounds and tvrn steals. Neshoba Central High School products Cayman Ruffin ·and Jaquan Dotson had 11 points each. Ruffin also had three assists and was a perfect four for four at the free throw line for the Warriors. East Central's fell to 1-2 on the season, while the Lions improved to 3-1.
