New ECCC scholarship to Muse is a native of Sebastopol education for the Starkville Municipal Separate School District. He also held positions as superintendent of edu– cation for both the Meridian Municipal Separate School District and Hinds County Public Schools. Mrs. Muse also devoted her entire life to education, having served in the Starkville, Hinds County and Laud– erdale County school systems prior to joining the Hinds Community College staff in 1980. She taught full-time at Hinds from 1980 until her retirement in 2002.
