East Central plans quilt program Carol Vickers will present "The Culture of a Community as Reflected in its Quilts" Wednesday, March 18, at East Central Community College at 1 p.m. in the Fine Arts Center Auditorium. . . . . The program is sponsored in part by the M1ss1ss1pp1 Humanities Council and is the next installment in the college's Cultur al Arts Series. The public is invited and there is no charg~ t~ attend.
