EMMONS RECEIVES DOBBS GOLF AWARD Anthony Emmons, a gradu· ate of Lake High School, is the recipient of the Tony Dobbs Memorial Golf Schol– arship at East Central Com– munity College In Decatur. During the 2015 event, 146 students received 129 schol· arships estimated at $106,587.
