MI-BEST helps ECCC students earn GED, college credit simultaneously

ucation from Mississippi State University and is a former classroom instruc– tor for both Brandon and Newton County high schools. Tramm said, "We are al– lowing students to dual en– roll in the GED program and six technical hours or the equivalent in one of the following workforce pro– grams: Heating and Air Conditioning, Collision Re– pair, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Culinary Arts, and Industrial Mainte– nance." The new program begins in January for those who qualify. There is no cost for tuition for MI-BEST stu– dents. Prospective students should contact Tramill at 601-635-6255 or email etramill@eccc.edu.
