Du1ing this period, he received nine national sales awards and was a member of United Commercial Travelers Association for more than 50 years. His community service included serving as a junior high football coach in Montgomery, Ala., where he also served on the Jimmy Hitchcock Award Committee. Fulmer served as Chairman of the Terry Veazey Evangelistic Association and served on the Board of Deacons at Taylor Road Baptist Church, where he also taught Sunday school classes for 25 years. He is married to the former Louise Weathers. They have three grown children, Daron Fulmer. Kim Fulmer Martin and Tracy Fulmer Norris
