ECCC Warriors rally to top Delta, by 5 Quinton Campbell and

eight rebounds to lead the Lady Warriors. who are now 2-1 under second– year head coach Crandal Porter. Jones is a 5-8 fresh– man forward and product of Wayne County High School. Also scoring in double figures were Bryanna McClendon, a freshman guard from Lake, 16; Tynika Bender, a fresh– man guard from Newton, 14; and sophomore for– ward Tanihhija Hughes of For est, 11.

Other point makers were Ty-nesisa Mickens of Noxubee County, eight; Shamyia Evans of Lake, six; and Andreka Harper of Forest, one. Mickens led in rebounds with nine. Aqueshia Kimble had 23 points to lead the Lady Trojans, who remain undefeated at 3-0. EC trailed 34-28 a t halftime.
