Paty receives degree from ECCC After being hired as a janitor, she continued to help in the classrooms when needed. children. Mrs. Paty is a 1976
graduate of Weir High School. After being out of school for over 30 years, she decided to pursue an Associate's degree. Her love for working with children helped her to decide her major. She volunteered for several years at Head Start working in the classroom and was later hired as a janitor.

Mrs. Paty attended evening classes at ECCC while working full time. It was bard work, but her determi· nation helped her to achieve her goal. Upon receiving her degree, she was hired as a teacher's Assistant at Head Start.
