T~e new Miss Morton will receive a $3,760.00 scholarshtp from Easl Central Community College. She was crowned by 2012 Miss Morton Emily Marler. Kara Beth is a g~du ate of Morton High School and attends ECCC. She ts the daughter of John and Sonda Johnson of Morton, and the granddaughter of lola Johnson and the late James Russell Johnson of Morton. and Glenda Tarver of Brookhaven.
