Runners-up in 'Opening and Closing' competition These students from the Philadelphia/Nashoba County Career-Technical Center received second place honors In the "Opening and Closing Ceremonies" competition in the Mississippi SkillsUSA Championships for Region 3 held at East Central Community College in Decatur.
