East Central CC wins state title J.

POPLARVILLE- East Central's Severino Signa scat– tered a hit over nine innings, helping East Central beat Northwest Mississippi 4-0 for theMACJC state champi– onship on Sunday at Pearl River. Both ~ear_ns advance to next weekend's Region 23 tourney, which IS also at Pearl River. Chase Domino gave Signa all the run support he'd need with a solo home run. Tim Anderson added three singles and a pair of RBis for East Central (31-19). Cody Waddell took the loss for Northwest (31-16).
