Last week's doubleheader with Pearl River at Decatur was postponed due to expected rain. No makeup date was determined by press deadline. In games this week, EC was sched– uled to go to .Jones on Tuesday before hosting Copiah-Lincoln on Saturday.

Warriors rally to sweep Hinds A.J. Peeler's three-run homer high– lighted a five-run sixth inning and pro– vided EC with an 8-3 division victory over Hinds on April 2 in Decatur.
The second game of the scheduled doubltlheader was postponed until last Thur day due to inclement weather. With the key division win, EC improved to 25-9 overall and 9-4 in league play. In lhe opener, EC also got two doubles and a single from Brittany Pounders, three singies from Haelie Allen, two sin– gles (rom Lajoya Griffin, and one single each from Marice Massey, Haylce Roberts, and Tcnna Patterson. Patterson also got the win in the cir– cle, allowing three earned runs on 10 bits through seven innings. She fanned two and wl:llked one. EC Elinds See Rally, 3-B... 8 7
