FIELD SIGNS WITH ECCC SOCCER
ECCC photo Soccer standout Rachel Field (left) of Auburn, Maine. is shown signing a national letter-of-intent to continue her career at East Central Community College in Decatur. Field, a 5-foot-7 defender, is a 2011 graduate of Oxford Hills Chnstian Academy, where she excelled in soccer and volleyball. She received various honors in both sports, including best defensive player and All-Star. She is transferring to ECCC from Central Christian College in McPherson, Kansas, where she was a member of the volleyball team. The new Soccer Warrior is shown with ECCC soccer coach Kenneth Thompson during a recent scholarship signing ceremony held In ECCC's Brackeen– Wood Physical Education Building. Her parents are George Field and Robin Ellingwood.
