ECCC SOPHOI\iORE BASEBALL PLAYERS HONORED

Sophomore members of the East Central Community College baseball team were honored during pre-game activities of the season finale with Southwest MissiSsippi Community Col– lege held Thursday, APril 28 at the Claric/Gay Baseball Complex In Decatur. ECCC swept Southwest by scores of 10-3 and 9-3 to fin– ish the regular season 26-18 overall and 13-llln the MACJC South Division. (Note: EC defeat– ed Peari River 10:.3 on May 3 to decide the South Division's No. 3 and No. 4 seedings for the state playoff series scheduled May 6-7. ECfinlshed the regular season at 27-18). The Diamond Warrior program is led by head coach Neal HoUiman and assistants Michael Avalon, Hunter Vick and Jesus Aleman.
